About
Tom Wemett is the Founder, Manager and Broker of Record of Home Buyers Best Realty LLC. He also is an avid backpacker and hiker and on the Trails Committee of ADK, the Adirondack Mountain Club, as well as on the ADK Board of Directors, Conservation Committee, and Chair of the Northville-Placid Trail Chapter of ADK. Tom has been a licensed real estate broker in New York State since 1973 and has held real estate broker's licenses in both Florida and Massachusetts. He has represented home buyers only as an exclusive buyer agent since 1992.
Tom has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from RIT, the Rochester Institute of Technology, Rochester, NY, and has earned numerous real estate certifications and designations including:

Tom has been representing home buyers only since 1992. He s a Founding Member of NAEBA, the National Association of Exclusive Buyer Agents, and has served on the NAEBA Board of Directors as well as served as the National President of NAEBA in 2003. He remains an active NAEBA member as well as a member of and on the Board of Directors of MABA, the Massachusetts Association of Buyer Agents. Tom started Home Buyers Best Realty LLC in April, 2010, in order to provide the opportunity for home buyers to obtain true "conflict-free" representation when buying a home in the area we serve.
